Dr. Ronnie Haydel is originally from Houma, LA. Dr. Haydel graduated from Louisiana State University with a BS in kinesiology (study of human movement) in 2004, and from Parker College of Chiropractic in 2007. He specializes in soft tissue therapy and has had training in ART (Active Release Technique) as well as FDM (Fascial Distortion Model).
I came to Jones Chiropractic to further cultivate my skills in a busy office that did not have anyone doing soft tissue work. Helping people is my passion and I love what I do. My philosophy on Chiropractic is I look at the body as a machine. We adjust misaligned vertebrae or extremities if their motion is restricted to increase motion, which decreases pain, and proper spinal alignment helps increase overall health and function of our nervous system which controls everything in our body. Basically my goal is to help your body function at its highest capacity with the least amount of stress being applied to the system. I do soft tissue work to promote healthy tissue as our muscles attach to bones, so tight muscles affect our alignment, and misalignments can cause tight muscles. I played many different sports in my life and adjustments helped me in a major way to overcome a lot of pain from old injuries, but soft tissue work is what truly helped alleviate some chronic problems that never seemed to fully resolve. I am committed to doing everything in my power to help you reach your treatment goals here at Jones Chiropractic.
